Our Methodology
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation where we try to understand the actual situation, not just the brief. In our experience, the stated problem and the underlying need are often slightly different — and that difference matters when you're designing something that people will depend on.
We document our approach before we build it. This serves two purposes: it gives you a chance to catch misalignments early, and it creates a record that supports governance review later.
Delivery includes technical documentation, plain-language summaries, and a handover session so your team understands what you now have. We don't aim to create dependency.
